You are invited to stay in a spacious self contained duplex brilliantly located close to public transport, the Swan River, the Perth CBD and the popular Mount Lawley cafe strip. With contemporary art and retro furniture throughout, the home has an eclectic style and comfort as well, including great beds, a well-equipped kitchen and a deep bath.
A single futon bed is located in the lounge + privacy screen if required. A sweet Moses basket and a travel cot are available for guests with little ones.
The duplex is attached to (but very independent from) our family home. A shared laundry with washing machine is located on the ground floor at the rear of the house.
Reliable wifi is available throughout.
The walnut veneer bedroom suite has a comfortable double-bed and a choice of pillow-types. Sheets are organic, bio-dynamic cotton. Cleaning products and hand wash are all eco-friendly.
Our solar-powered electricity, rain water collection, recycling and composting will appeal to guests seeking green-accommodation.

A balcony set in the treetops is the perfect place to enjoy BBQs and breakfast.The duplex is set in a huge enchanted backyard with a mini eucalyptus forest, productive banana trees, vegi gardens all fed from 2 natural springs.

The Swan River is at the end of the street ~ a gorgeous walk (or bike ride) in one direction takes you to the free CAT bus in East Perth, inlet cafes, Perth City Farm (on every Saturday from 7am - noon) and the Perth CBD. The pathway in the opposite direction meanders for miles through wetlands and parks. Our canoe, called 'Carrot', and a range of push bikes & helmets are available to guests. The duplex is just 10mins drive from the domestic airport (20mins from the international) and 3mins from the interstate train station. Off road parking is available at the front of the duplex.
